!!! Please read my profile in full before you “scroll on further”!!!

-I am an american living abroad and my intention is to spend some time in the US. For that reason it would be helpful to have a furnished “permanent place” (including all kinds of utility bills and WiFi excess) in the States that I can define as my “secondary home” outside of Germany.
I would prefer a location with public transportation infrastructure, bringing me downtown and from and to the Airport.

-Since I will most likely only need the room 3 to 4 times a year (staying each time aprox 2-3 weeks), still paying the full rent each month, so the room could certainly be rented out to others in the interim, as long as I am informed ahead of the booking and don’t plan to use it myself and can lock away a few private items some were.

-I’m open minded, (worked as a flight attendant) tolerant towards other cultures, mind my own business, don’t party any more ;-) but still enjoy people around me to talk to (… as long as I have my own space to rely on).

A smoke/alcohol free environment would be more than appreciated. Thanks in advance for your responses. :-)
