I am relocating to the Milwaukee area for a one‑year teaching contract and am looking for a secure, quiet, and well‑maintained living arrangement. Ideally, I would love a carriage house, pool house, or private suite with its own entrance — but I’m also open to a private room in a calm, respectful home.

I am a very responsible, clean, and low‑key person. I work full days, keep to myself, and maintain a peaceful environment. I prefer living with women or in a home with established, professional adults.
