hi! i’m working full-time in irvine and am looking to move into a 2-bedroom in the next few months. i’m open to anything within 5 miles of irvine since my work is there. my budget is $1300 all-in and would highly prefer an in-unit laundry but understand that it’s difficult. parking is mandatory though.

usually i’m not home until 4:30pm on mondays, tuesdays, and fridays. on wednesdays and i thursdays i usually get home after 5:30pm.

i rarely plan to have people over, maybe 1-2x a week at most and it would just be my boyfriend or my friends in my room.
