I am a health care worker who also does food and bev on the side. I am a single woman with grown kids and a babygirl who may come and visit at times. I am quite clean and quiet for the most part. The most noise I make is either working out or working out. I prefer a place that I have my own bathroom. Shared bathrooms don’t always workout for a few reasons that I shall not name. However, it is a preference for for me. I am looking for a month to month, as I am moving to the South in a few months. I have a great reference as I lived in the same place for twelve years.
