Hello, I’m a female looking to rent a furnished room or apartment in the Newbury/Rowley/Salisbury/Seabrook area. I’d prefer a private bathroom but shared bathroom will be considered. I’ve started a new job (business/accounting/finance) in the area, which is too far to commute from central MA. I’m a non-smoker, no pets, and I can provide any references required. For work, I will be located both at the employer offices, and at home, but I don’t need a separate “home office.” Thank you.
