So for starters I have experience with living with roommates: 2021-2022 college campus(all woman) 2024-2026 with a roommate with kids (female woman/male children). I learned a lot about myself and setting boundaries to ensure cohabitation is respectful and healthy.

For transparency: -I’m not allergic to cats or dogs, they’re cool creatures -Early riser ☀️ -highly motivated & academically driven 📚 -responsible and clean🧼 -don’t like the smell of cigarettes -I’m an ambivert, but appreciate peace and quiet when studying. -don’t make assumptions, ASK questions -respect goes both ways

When deciding if having me a roommate is possible, I like to establish guidelines for all parties involved. For the first 3 months after moving in, (and for the sake of getting acclimated) I prefer to keep to myself. It would be ideal to live with professional woman around the same age. I am looking for a room in Chicago to complete my degree. If interested in renting please reach out. I don’t have kids, but love to have family for the holidays.
