Hi my name is Tim. I am 66 years old. I am gainfully employed. I have steady work. I recently underwent some transitions in my life and I am having to do some readjustments. Presently. I am researching the roommate process in hopes that someone on here will read this who may be in a similar situation and you’re interested enough to reply.

About me, as I stated, I am 66 years old. I’m a Christian man of God. I consider myself to be in good condition for my age. Just recently one of my brothers (he’s older than me) and I completed a 14 mile canoe float on the Buffalo River. Each in our own 14-ft canoe. In May 2026 my son and I did some hiking in the Smoky mountains.

I am a fan of good music, I have tickets for Robin trower in September. I am easy going and easy to get along with. I’ve been called an old soul. What I’m looking for in a roommate, honestly dependable, reliable, respectful, of one’s privacy, someone who will show up and hold up his or her end of the agreement.

I work for a local new home builder Monday through Friday and off on the weekends. This being said I am way past the party crowd and the party scene. In another time in my life I bartended in and around Nashville. Anybody remember Anderson’s Cajuns wharf?

Non-negotiables: drug users of “any kind”, smokers, excessive drinkers, partiers. Ideally, I prefer a house atmosphere over an apartment. Condos and townhouses are okay.
