Hello, I am a 25 year-old Engineer relocating to start employment at Space Coast at the beginning of July. I am exploring the possibility of finding a roommate to research the options and potentially lease a 2-bed-2-bath apartment with. I would say that $2500 would be a safe upper limit for a place, but I am willing to go higher if needed. I do not have a strong preference for my ideal roommate; however, having a moderately quiet and calm environment would be good. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
