Interested in moving to Uptown/Edgewater from out-of-state this August. I am a musician and barista who is clean and respectful. I am open to living with other musicians/artists who won’t be bothered by my practicing/recording. My instruments (acoustic guitar & concertina) aren’t very loud, but there may be some noise. I also teach music, and it would be nice to have students over. I would do everything I can to keep lessons non-disruptive. Finally, I have a cat, Feliks, who is very sweet and doesn’t cause problems!
