My name is John Chaves, recently turned 40 as of May 9th. I work ALOT, Monday- Saturday with hours ranging from 5am-3:30pm, 6am-3:30pm, or 7am-3:30pm. I have a 2 year old miniature dachshund who is basically velcroed to me when I’m not at work. I don’t smoke cigarettes, don’t do any drugs, and drink maybe once or twice a month, usually having a beer or 2 at a restaurant or family/friend gatherings. My schedule is basically work, gym, and taking care of my dog.
