I am a quiet professional artist/marketing contractor with two cats and some clothes, looking to move from Central Florida to Ormond Beach. I go by Sue or Suzy, or my formal name. I will become employed FT when I move to Ormond, however I come to the new place with contract work that I do from home, currently. My requirements are: a safe and clean room with kitchen and bathroom priviledges and courtousy for my cats that are easy to be around, clean, and well-cared for. The quality people like most about me is my ease of getting along. I am neat but not a freak about it, and cleaning common areas is something I will do when it’s my turn. Former military personnel, responsible, and I love animals. I will not seek any new animals, just my two cats, but everyones’ dogs love me. The cats like dogs too, they were raised by a German Shepherd. If a dog likes you, that’s all you need to know. Cats are more discerning (that’s me trying to be funny, but it’s kind of true).
