Hello! me any my two partners are moving from Texas. We’re a trans/lesbian polycule. I hate to be forward, but we prefer a kink friendly space. We have an apartment arranged, but just found out it’s infested with roaches and bugs. We’re hoping to find an alternative before we sign a lease. We’re willing to rent out a place entirely, a small two bedroom home or townhouse. We just need an office and bedroom. We can flex rent up to 1300 or 1400, but it will be tight. We’re willing to if we don’t have to deal with a bad apartment.
