Hi, I’m Ethan! I’m 27 and work in marketing in the Financial District on a hybrid schedule, and hoping to find a living situation with an easy commute. I’m hoping to move sometime in mid-to-late August and am mainly looking in Brooklyn, ideally near a line into the Financial District for commuting purposes, though I’m also open to parts of lower Manhattan and the LES.

I’m pretty easygoing and generally keep to myself, but I’m always friendly and respectful of shared spaces. I only have guests over infrequently and respect typical quiet hours, especially on weekdays; I’m in the office three days a week, so most of the workweek I’ll be out of the apartment!

Outside of work I’m into tabletop games, video games, movies, museums, and checking out bars around the city. I enjoy meeting new people and trying new things, whether that’s exploring the city, checking out new restaurants, or trying new social events! I drink socially, don’t smoke around the apartment, and don’t have any pets. Mainly looking for roommates who value communication and mutual respect!
