I’m a 31-year-old male about to attend military training for 6-8 months. I’ve almost finished the process to get an apartment at the Overlook at Midtown. It’s a two bedroom with 1 bathroom (renovated with a washer and dryer) and I’d just be asking to split half with someone, which would be around $448 a month. I’m really easy going, do not disturb peoples personal space, have good hygiene, and house manners. I’d prefer other military roommates; however, I’m pretty chill and can get along with just about anybody. I’m pretty handy around a home and a team player.
