Hi! We’re Taylor and Ishmael — an engaged couple currently looking for a peaceful, comfortable basement apartment to call home while we save and prepare for this next season of life together. We’re both self-employed creatives/business owners in the wedding industry and spend most of our time working, creating content, editing, or serving clients on weekends. We’re very clean, respectful, quiet, and easygoing tenants who genuinely value taking care of the spaces we live in. We don’t smoke or drink, rarely host, and are much more “cozy night in” people than party people. We’re hoping to find a place that feels safe, welcoming, and mutually respectful, and we’d love the opportunity to connect and see if we’d be a good fit for your space!
