Hey everyone! My name is Andres and I’m looking for 1-2 roommates for a 2x2 or 3x3 apartment in the Gainesville area, with a move-in date around August 1st (flexible until August 15).

A little about me: I’m a Latino PhD student at the University of Florida, so I spend a good chunk of my time studying and doing research — but I definitely know how to disconnect after a long day! In my free time I enjoy painting, playing guitar, going to the gym, hang out, and exploring new restaurants around town.

What I’m looking for in a roommate:

• Grad student, upper-classman, or young professional
• Respectful of shared spaces
• Okay with a normal level of noise (music, occasional guests are fine!)
• Open-minded and welcoming of different backgrounds and lifestyles
• Pets are totally welcome!

I prefer the SW Gainesville area but I’m open to other locations close to UF campus. Ideally looking at fully furnished units.
