I’m clean, friendly, responsibile and employed. I’ll always pay rent on time and do my due diligence as far as chores and upkeep. I value my alone time but also enjoy socializing! I’d love to live in a home where the roomies get along and are welcome to use the common spaces (living room, kitchen, and patio) freely as long as they clean up after themselves, as well as be able to invite a guest over occasionally.
