Hello, I’m a young 53-year-old, newly single guy looking for a great roommate situation in the Tampa Bay area. Ideally, it would be a home with like-minded people and a collaborative focus.

A little about myself: I’m self-employed, run a retail store, and have a new moving-supplies rental company. My ideal day starts at 7:00 am with a quick workout and a shower, then I start my day. I love music, art, and pretty much anything creative. I’m not a partyer, but I don’t judge anyone who is. Additionally, I’m a huge fitness guy and clean eater for the most part, but I’m also not afraid to crush an ice cream Sunday on a Monday! I’m easy-going, and I pretty much stay to myself, but always open to conversations, a good hang, and great laughs. I’m borderline OCD when it comes to cleaning, but not overbearing.

My Father used to say, “To each his own.” I try to live by it. Everyone should be free to be who they want as long as it doesn’t hurt or affect others.

My guilty pleasures are fitness, comedy, music (specifically, I love anything with percussion and drums), and I’m one of those guys who actually loves to run.
