I’m Tommy, 32, and I’m looking to build a chill, clean, and respectful share house. I work full-time at a law firm in Midtown but I’m also a comedian and recently started an LLC to develop movies/TV projects, so I keep a good balance between work and creative stuff. I’m at the gym regularly, enjoy cooking, and like hanging with friends, but I’m generally low-key at home — I keep common areas tidy, don’t leave dishes in the sink, and I’m mindful of noise. I’m clean, easygoing, reliable with rent/bills, and I value good communication and a harmonious vibe. Looking for roommates who are respectful, responsible, and fun to be around.
