I’m a 24-year-old female J-1 participant working in downtown Denver. I’m tidy, have no bad habits, and am easy to communicate with. I’m looking for female roommates to share an apartment in the Five Points or Capitol Hill area. My budget is under $800 for everything included (utilities, etc.), and I need a private bedroom. I’m hoping to start the lease around June, for about one year. I’ll be very busy with work, so I won’t spend much time in the common areas.
