My girlfriend and I are college students who are quiet, respectful, and easygoing. We mainly keep to ourselves, stay focused on school/work, and value having a calm, comfortable home environment. We’re clean, responsible with shared spaces, and communicative if anything ever comes up.

We’re also very pet-friendly and understand the importance of keeping a home clean and well maintained when animals are involved. Financially, rent would be reliably covered, and we’re looking for a stable place where we can be respectful tenants/roommates and contribute positively to the household.
