Hi, my name is Tyler. I’m a Colorado native looking to get back on my feet after a recent separation. I work full time and I’m hoping to find a reasonably priced place that I can comfortably call home — somewhere safe and stable where I can also spend time with my two boys occasionally.

I’m pretty quiet and respectful, mostly keep to myself, but I’m friendly and easy to get along with. I’m clean, responsible, and always pay my bills on time. Outside of work, I enjoy baseball, cooking, being outdoors, and staying busy. I also have my own car and maintain a steady routine.
