Hey, I’m Jared I am 25 years old. I currently work as a commercial HVAC technician. I’m looking to rent a place out somewhere in the Tampa area. In my living space, I tend to keep to myself most of the time, but I can be very social and outgoing and have plenty of friends. I have two vehicles: my personal vehicle and a work vehicle, so I would need parking for this. I am a drummer as a hobby, but I typically never practice in my living space save for occasionally on my quiet electric drum kit. Whenever I live with anyone, I want to make everyones lives easier and so I like to be respectful by keeping to my space. I aim to be quiet and courteous. Ideally, I would like to find a place to share that has a garage as I do have workout equipment (barbells, weight plates, dumbbells) as well as tools as I am a handyman for hire as a side business.

I am very good at fixing things and I love doing it, so if anything breaks in the place or if something of yours breaks, I’m more than happy to help by fixing it!
