Hi I am an open minded 24 year old full time employee and student. I am always out, whether it be working or at a coffee shop studying. I am looking for a month to month agreement and nothing long term for now. I am am looking to move in july until september but I am open to reducing/increasing that if it works for you.

I am open to living with women or men! My only condition is that I have a guinea pig who will live with me. He is quiet, friendly, and silly.

My preferred area is close to Newport Beach/Irvine but I am flexible.

I am looking for housing because my roomates have decided to move states and they are terminating the lease early.
