I’m going thru a separation from my wife and relocating back to Reno from Massachusetts. I grew up in Squaw Valley. I own a business in Massachusetts and my wife left her job in healthcare to join me in the business 3 years ago when I had open heart surgery & since then I’ve trained her to operate the business herself. My business caters to the top few percent so it’s very profitable. I also have a national presence in the industry so I have 50,000 carpet cleaning and oriental rug washing companies throughout the country that follow everything I post. I also do consulting for carpet cleaning & rug washing companies that are having problems so I’m able to do a lot of zoom calls from home. My wife and I will always be great friends and always love each other so I have absolutely no reservations about her doing the right thing when it comes to the business and sending me my percentage every month & besides, everything is in my name anyways, plus I have my savings so I have plenty of time to decide whether I want to start another business here in the Reno/Tahoe area or go to work for a company. I don’t drink because I can’t stand alcohol but have no problem with others drinking & Im cool with 420 just as long the smell doesn’t permeate everything. Im a vegan due to my heart issue & have a serious gluten allergy. Don’t like a lot of partying where I reside & prefer things being quiet. I do a lot of zoom calls especially since Covid changed everything. I also do extremely large commercial jobs or at least get hired by other companies to manage jobs of that magnitude. I will be flying back to Massachusetts on the regular when my wife needs any help w/the business & to visit my 3 adult children that I will miss dearly but have no doubt they’ll be here to visit regularly & I can get them a hotel room if need be. I don’t have a criminal record & haven’t even had a speeding ticket in 17 yrs. ( having 3 family members in law enforcement may have had something to do with it 😂). I do have one issue: My wife was handling the books for the business, etc. and I literally just found out she conveniently was late on my credit cards so my credits in the toilet but at least she’s willing to co sign. I’m in Reno now 5/20 till the end of the month, my wife will be joining me on Monday 5/25 because I absolutely need to get everything nailed down as I’ll be returning to Massachusetts to pack my things and take care of some stuff & may be gone for 2 or 3 weeks, however, I’ll definitely start paying rent before I leave so you won’t have to worry about that. I’m pretty flexible on move in date. Very laid back and easy going. Even though I can afford to rent on my own I prefer to do things on the cheap while I’m figuring out exactly what I want to do & want to meet new friends anyways but won’t leave you hanging by moving out in a couple of months. Growing up in Squaw Valley I love the outdoors and am a hardcore big mountain extreme skier. Looking forward to a season pass at Palisades Tahoe 🤙. Not sure what else to say other than that this is literally the longest profile I’ve ever written in my life😂 so thank you for reading all of this 😊
