Hi! My name is Elliot, and I’m looking for a room in or near the beach for the summer. I’m responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I’m currently a student, a bartender, and also have a strong work background, so I’m used to balancing a busy schedule and being dependable. I’m pretty laid-back at home and value a peaceful, comfortable living space. I’m mindful of shared areas, pay my bills on time, and would be a considerate roommate who respects others’ privacy, schedules, and belongings.
