Hi there! I am moving to SD in late summer and starting a doctoral program in the fall. I will also be working part time as a nurse. I am relatively quiet– i’m not someone who will have a bunch of guests coming over or throw a party, and would prefer someone similar. I have a small dog (less than 30lbs) who is very calm and quiet, and literally sleeps all day. I like to keep common spaces clean and need someone who can clean up after themselves.
