Hi! I’m a 28-year-old teacher and artist looking for a room in Laguna Hills, Mission Viejo, or Aliso Viejo.

I work full-time at a private school Monday–Friday, so my schedule is pretty stable and quiet during the week. I’m clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. On weekends I usually spend time outdoors, go to the beach, work on art, or meet friends.

I also have a very sweet 9-year-old cat. He’s neutered, calm, well-behaved, and mostly spends his time sleeping on his own pillow.

Ideally I’m looking for either: • a room with some extra garage/storage space for my canvases and art supplies or • a larger room with a big closet.
