• 1 bedroom house/condo
• small house
• or a large private room in a quiet home

I’m a clean, quiet, respectful, non-smoker, single professional and I value a peaceful, stable environment.

The following are very important to me:

• Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi for full daily professional use
• Quiet environment
• Absolutely NO ceiling fans anywhere in the unit/house

I would also prefer to see the property in person before committing.
