Hey — I’m Charles, relocating from Georgia to the Portland area and looking for a room or shared unit starting late May / early June. I’m a graduate student finishing my M.S. in Information Technology (Information Security) at Kennesaw State University — fully remote coursework, so I’m home during the day but quiet and focused. I also hold a CDL Class B license and am starting work locally, so my schedule is early and consistent.

I have one dog — calm, well-behaved, and house-trained. He’s my travel companion on this move and non-negotiable, so pet-friendly only please.

A little about me: I keep a clean, minimal space. I’m respectful of shared areas, pay on time, and I’m not a party person. I’m Catholic, so weekends sometimes include church — otherwise I’m pretty low-key at home. I’m happy to give references from previous landlords or professors.

Budget: $800–$1,100/month for a room, utilities ideally included or split fairly. Target areas: Portland, South Portland, Westbrook, Gorham.
