My current work hrs are 2pm- 1030pm mon-fri. I have 2 sons 8 and 16. Up til now due to unscrupulous business practices that my former employer/landlord continually practiced caused professional differences which resulted in my firing and eviction. I pays my rent on time b4 time if need be. My kids are beyond respectful and prefer keeping to themselves around new ppl. I shouldn’t need this or any room for nk more than 4 months. Im awaiting to close on some property sometime this summers end. School is still is session my 8 yr old has a 730am start. My commute is 55mins to work. I need to stay in this area so as to accommodate my kids needs and familiarity with this area until I can secure our permanent residence.
