Just need a place to sleep mostly during the day since i work night shifts i wont be home to often usually go out and explore oxnard. I dont stay out too late either be home around a decent hour. Do have a girlfriend who might stay with me for a while after i find a place to rent. She likes cleaning and hates being dirty so she would contribute alot more with helping with house chores. Also have 2 kittens who will be with me most of the times even when i go out.
