Hi! I’m currently working in retail in the Boca area and looking for a clean, comfortable, and respectful place to live. I’d describe myself as responsible, easygoing, and tidy, and I like keeping shared spaces organized and peaceful.

Outside of work, I enjoy a relaxed routine, things like watching movies, going out to eat, and exploring new spots around the area. I’m generally quiet at home during the week but friendly and open to good communication.

I’m looking for a flexible living situation (month-to-month or similar is ideal) with respectful roommates and a calm, environment. I always pay rent on time and value clear communication.
