I’m 25, going back to school soon for aviation maintenance and hopefully getting a job in that industry once I have certs.

I tend to be fairly quiet during the day and night, only occasionally calling with friends at night (at a reasonable volume) and keep common areas clean and organized. After work I usually game, read, or work on projects (printmaking, models, car stuff).

I’ll always respect your space and items and I’m open to others having friends over if they keep it chill and respectful

I have a friendly senior cat who is essentially an over glorified house plant and is just happy to be around. He is super quiet and does not eat plants, chew cables, or jump on counters. He is NOT GOOD WITH DOGS and other cats are case by case. He has gotten along with other cats in the past but my last roommates cat and him hated each other.

I am ok with weed in the form of edibles (pls no baking them in the house though) as it’s the smell that gives me migraines and I worry about my cat.

Will need parking as I have a car and motorcycle (can be street parked if needed). Depending on the housing situation the bike may come inside during the off season though this is not set in stone.
