I’m new to the area & looking for a nice place to live. I’m calm, have no vices, and love to be outdoors. In my home I appreciate having a clean & organized space. I work in education & study independently for advancement. I presume I’ll most likely be out most of the day. I cook light meals & make smoothies sometimes. I have a standard poodle currently staying with family, who I hope to bring as I get more settled- but for now getting a place for myself is the priority.

[For insight- my dog does well inside, staying off furniture (unless invited on) & loves to be loved on by people. Outside he’s energetic & playful, loving walks and playtime. (Not a deal breaker-but when the time comes I would like a housemate who’s a dog lover).]

I would like to have a friendly connection with my housemate(s), but okay not having one if it’s not desired. Any questions please ask.
