I’m a simple no drama quiet guy just seeking my own space for some independence. I work in the mornings until the afternoon typically and will be going back to school in the fall. I’m responsible and always have paid my dues on time as I don’t want any issues in that regard. I value my privacy and boundaries very much and I pretty much stay to myself but I am extremely friendly when approached and I’m verrrrrry clean and always have been when it comes to my living space and surroundings. I am not looking to bother anyone or be in their way whatsoever, just simply looking for a space to call mine while completely respecting you and yours as well :)
