I work remote and I am an experienced roommate. I am considerate and very easy going and good at communicating. Commercial pilot. Former Naval Academy route, International Affairs background, Catholic, gym regular, into motorcycles, aviation, and good wine. Pretty structured and career-oriented during the week but social when it counts.

I keep common areas clean, pay bills on time, and don’t bring chaos into the house. Big on mutual respect, direct communication, and everyone handling their own business like adults. Usually either working, lifting, riding, flying, or out doing something outdoors.

Ideal roommate is similarly squared away: employed, socially aware, reasonably clean, and not turning the apartment into a nightclub or a therapy session every night.
