Hi. My name is Kimberlee. I am extremely outgoing & tend to be a little silly & love to make people laugh. I love to listen & sing/dance to 70’s disco music. But I also love alternative & classic rock music - Matchbox 20, Train, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac etc. I’ve been working in Home Healthcare for the last 4 years & would love to find someone who needs caregiver services part-time or full-time that would for go cost of renting room.
I am also interested in renting finished basements or bonus rooms. I prefer no stairs.
I truly enjoy cleaning, laundry, keeping stuff organized & managing a house. I’ve owned 2 houses and learned how to repair/fix stuff myself. I am a “Jill of all trades”! I have the tools to prove it. I am very self sufficient & constantly active. I did home improvement, cleaning, staging & organizing homes part time for years. I also love to repurpose old furniture to sell. I avoid confrontation & do not like drama.
I believe I am easy to live with & prefer living with other people rather than living alone.
I’m an open book. Ask me anything. I’ve never done drugs, I only drink alcohol in social situations and rarely then. I’ve never been arrested & I have a perfect driving record. No tickets or accidents in the last 20 years or more. Background check is perfect. Nothing to hide.
