I have an extra room and I’m looking more for a temporary roommate. Although by temporary I am pretty flexible with what that means. I have two cats so I’m looking for someone with no furry pets unfortunately. I can absolutely do tours and send pictures if requested. It’s 1000$ to move in with 200$ as a deposit to cover any potential damage then $800 a month after. If you want to be added onto the lease it is like an extra 500$ but if not you can sublet from me no problem. I would prefer someone to sublet from me. I do not have wifi so its byow if you want it. I just dont have a need for it but recognize other people do. I’d help with the cost for it of course if you would allow me to download video games with it. Everything included unless you decide you want to use an AC unit then its only like 25$ extra because theyre expensive to run.

I want someone who can communicate in a healthy way. I will not yell at anyone ever and I expect no one to yell at me. We are adults and we are all tired. I will treat you with respect and listen if there’s problems. We can always find solutions together. Feel free to message me!
