I’d say I definitely lean more toward a quiet, chill household with social moments here and there. Even with roommates, I think it’s important that everyone feels like it’s their home too, so I’m totally comfortable with friends or partners coming over and occasional gatherings as long as there’s good communication and respect for the shared space. I work a traditional 9–5 in real estate, so after work I usually like to come home and relax. I’m pretty clean and value keeping common areas tidy, and I appreciate roommates who naturally clean up after themselves as well. I’m big on communication when it comes to shared living responsibilities because I think being mature, considerate, and proactive makes living together much easier and more enjoyable. I’ve lived in NYC for the past 5 years, so I have a lot of experience living with roommates, and I think past roommates would describe me as respectful, easy to be around, and resourceful. Overall, I’m hoping to live with like-minded people who value a comfortable, communicative, and positive home environment.
