I am kind, helpful, honest, respectful, easy-going, have high integrity, and am passionate about increasing knowledge on various topics, including but not limited to health, finance, investments, retirement, technology, etc. I clean up after myself, I enjoy quiet time by reading books, magazines, articles, etc. or listening to music on my headphones or watching TV in my room. I like respectful, crime-free, & violence-free people and avoid dramas & conflicts. I work Sun - Thu nights, so most of my socializing with the roommate would be during “my weekend” & sometimes morning or late evening.

I prefer a private room in a home that has an attached garage to park my car. I highly prefer that the rent includes utilities, Wi-Fi, In-house Washer/Dryer, etc., because I don’t abuse it and believe in reducing waste of resources as much as possible, including utilities, money, and food. If possible, I do prefer to continue to use my Dish Network subscription, otherwise it’s ok. At this time, I do get cooked meals delivered weekly, so it is no mess/fuss from my end & my grocery shopping is mostly for fruits/yogurt/milk every 12-15 days and I do believe I will likely continue this way, unless my roommate(s) feels that cooking for me is NOT a stressful burden, as I only know basic cooking (Omelets, pasta, tea, etc.). I want a residence without illegal drugs and preferably, a no smoking place. I am into peaceful environment; I do like watching TV though!!! I prefer an unfurnished bedroom but furnished is acceptable too. I’m an indoor person due to various reasons and especially for health reasons I avoid “outdoors house chores” such as dealing with snow, ice, grass, lawns, etc. I rarely have visitors, my minor daughter will visit me sometimes, & my older daughter is a college student and she’s unlikely to visit, if at all, as she works part-time too.
