I work from home at my computer, nothing loud. Night owl. I cook late sometimes but I’m quiet about it.

I have a dog, Hoku. 70 lb terrier mix, 5, spayed, and deaf, so she’s quieter than most dogs. Professionally trained, ESA with documentation. She follows me around the house so she needs to be welcome in common areas. She can’t live with cats.

I need somewhere genuinely quiet with natural light, a full kitchen, and ideally a bathtub. Open to Longmont, Lyons, Boulder, and surrounding communities.
