Here’s a quick summary of what I’m looking for and my situation:

Me & My Job: I work from home full-time teaching English 1:1 online. Because I’m on video calls talking to students and recording educational content, I need a place where the walls aren’t paper-thin so I don’t disturb anyone and can get some quiet for my lessons.

The Space: Looking for a furnished private room and private bath.

Preferences: I’m looking for a home with no children and no men.

Pet: I have one very calm, sweet, well-behaved cat.

Lifestyle: I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and don’t have a lot of time to socialize inside of the home. Besides working, I’m also taking online courses to further my career. I’ll be in my room a lot because of this.
