Hello. I’m currently waiting for my lease to end in June. I’m looking to rent a room for at least a year. I would be a great roommate due to the fact that I’m hardly ever home. I’m out all day working. Which means I will always have the full amount for rent (on time), plus other expenses. I essentially just need a place to sleep while I build my savings. Im single with no children, so it’s just me. When I am home I’m really quiet and out of the way. I neither smoke nor drink, but I don’t mind if you do. Any questions, please feel free to message me.
