I’m looking for either a room to stay in or someone to join my current 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Westchester, now that my current roomie is moving on. I am from St. Louis MO, moved to LA for college studying classical music, and enjoy reading, weightlifting, cooking, watching anime, decorating, and playing videogames/boardgames. I am a clean/tidy roommate who has no qualms with doing my fair share of chores, I’m friendly and down to hang but will mostly keep to myself. I don’t use what isn’t mine without asking, particularly with food. I am cool with guests (prior notice preferred), I have a girlfriend of 2+ years myself who would visit and I would like to have friends over on occasion. I have no pets (though I do love cats and dogs), but I do have a couple dozen small house plants that I’ve maintained over the past 3 years. I don’t smoke, I do have the occasional drink but only in modest amounts. I am comfortable living with men or women, personally I’m not the most gender conforming man out there and I have LGBTQ+ friends who may visit so tolerance for that is required. Overall I’m a pretty agreeable guy as long as everything is chill and tidy enough, so please reach out if you think I sound like a good roommate for you!
