Females only please. Cat person! Cats are cool and peaceful. I can give up my cat if I need too. I am respectful, clean and easy to get along with. Willing to help around the house and keep things neat and clean. Looking for something very long term and no drama. I work retail at Marshall’s in Palatka Florida and will be transferring to the store in PSL when they have an opening. I prefer female roommates. I am not a party person at all. Gave that up years ago. I do have Medical MJ Card. I do not expect any visitors and normally go to bed early. I love to paint and have been doing it a few years. Still learning. I have a small laptop, printer and cellphone hotspot. I have had legal problems in the past but no issues in the past 10 years. My dad lives in PSL near Oak Hammock school.
