Quiet, clean, and friendly. I have a cat, I work remote on my PC, I am a casual sim racer, and I like to cook. I have guitars but I don’t play them, I order groceries and can do my own laundry so I don’t leave the house often and I don’t have my drivers license or a car. I have a bed, refrigerator, TV, chair, and cookware. I don’t drink or smoke but I don’t have problems with roommates who do. Just need in unit or on site laundry and a room for myself.
