Hello! My name is Chris and my cats name is Benny! We are looking for a room to rent while I am in school for Radiologic Technology! I’m a quiet person who will be spending most time at the library or in the bedroom doing class work. I value a clean place to live and roomies who don’t mind living with a well behaved cat (has never scratched a carpet in his life or peed anywhere besides his box). I worry that people are deterred by someone having a cat, but I can assure you that he is well behaved, and a big lug of love :,). I am VERY flexible living in different environments. I have lived in treehouses, RV’s/Mobile homes, micro spaces under 100sqrft, etc. I’m happy to be wherever I can have a roof over my head :,) budget is flexible by 100 over depending on the situation!
