Hi, I’m Joe, a retired teacher looking for a calm, clean, and respectful place to stay for around 6 months to 1 year. I recently returned from traveling overseas and am planning to stay near my daughter in Salem while recovering from an upcoming knee operation.

I’m quiet, easygoing, financially stable, and keep to myself but enjoy friendly conversation. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and live a pretty low key lifestyle. Mostly looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to recover, relax, and figure out my next steps, as I may return overseas once I’m healed up.
