Hi! I’m Riyah — I currently live and work in LoSo and go to school part-time. I’m looking for a female roommate to sign a lease with around August in the Montclaire South, Park Road, Woodlawn Rd, Sedgefield, or Renaissance Park areas. My ideal budget is $850/month max.

A little about me: I’m pretty low-key and value a calm, clean, comfortable home environment. I like minimalism, keeping shared spaces tidy, and doing a biweekly cleaning schedule for commons areas. I’m not much of a partier — if friends come by, it’s usually something chill like an UNO night or movie evening.

Some of my hobbies are baking/cooking, running, arts & crafts, checking out coffee shops, thrift/antique shopping, and spending time with family. I also love keeping flowers and plants around the house (I currently have 3 plants 🌿).

A few roommate preferences: • Female roommate • No furry pets • Non-smoking home (not 420/tobacco friendly) • Vaping is okay if kept outside • Prefer limited overnight guests/sleepovers
